(Crime meanings in a nutshell)

Depending on the degree of involvement, the offender's participation in the crime may rise to the level of conspiracy.

Assault & Batter with a Deadly Missle - Whoever, wantonly or maliciously, shoots at, within, or into, or throws any missile or hurls or projects a stone or other hard substance which would produce death or great bodily harm, at, within, or in any public or private building, occupied or unoccupied, or public or private bus or any train, locomotive, railway car, caboose, cable railway car, street railway car, monorail car, or vehicle of any kind which is being used or occupied by any person, or any boat, vessel, ship, or barge lying in or plying the waters of this state, or aircraft flying through the airspace of this state shall be guilty of a felony of the second degree. (Throwing stuff at someone with intention to do harm)

Obstruction of Justice - In different places, this term has diffrent meanings. Where I have grown up, and seen on TV all my life. Obstruction of Justice basically means: You're trying to stop us from getting to the suspect on purpose, accidents happen yes, though we can tell if your blatantly trying to block us from getting to, apprehending, or shooting/killing the suspect.

Failure of Compliance/Being non-compliant - Again, In different places, this term has diffrent meanings. Where I have grown up, and seen on TV all my life. Failure of Compliance meaning: You're not listening to us, you're not doing what we say. As in, if I order you to pull over, and you start speeding off, your being non-compliant.

Now a few things I want to point out :

                        ... Do not start complain when we suspect you for Verbal Assault.

This is also considered as flaming and you can get weither warned or kicked (if repeated offence). Dawg is slang but it still mean dog. Never will you call a cop a dog... At least I never saw such in Finland and I don't think that it happen alot in other countries either except for some rare cases.
