I agree with ya there. They should only !sus and use the law channel. Leave the killing and arresting the the Police Officer's.

The undercover cop suspects person A
The cop/SWAT kills person A
The undercover cop which suspected him gets a % of the cash
say if it was $1000 he would get 25%, $250
But he only gets the percentage if he was the one to suspect the person
