the undercover cop wouldnt need to kill the criminals, he could take part in there schemes and tip off the cops on illegal activities there doing  ;) (That ally of yours might be a cop, trust no one!)  :devroll:

An undercover cop should only be allowed to suspect and to talk trough the law channel. I dont think undercover cops should kill suspects couse suspects never know its a cop.

I agree with ya there. They should only !sus and use the law channel. Leave the killing and arresting the the Police Officer's.

I also think that the SWAT skin shouldn't be able to use !sus
They should only be able to kill already wanted people

It could work as
The undercover cop suspects person A
The cop/SWAT kills person A
The undercover cop which suspected him gets a % of the cash
say if it was $1000 he would get 25%, $250
But he only gets the percentage if he was the one to suspect the person
