Disarming Criminals

My 1rst idea wasn't that good So i came up with a much better one. We all like to earn money by killing criminals right?
But we all like it better when the criminal surrenders. Sometimes when you get a criminal to the VCPD he runs away as
fast as he can, sometimes he kills you in the VCPD when you less suspect him. And i extremely hate when he starts
shooting when hes jailed.

In real life do cops arrest someone and put him in a car, but the person is still holding guns -_-.... I think not
Do they jail ppl with guns in there cell Hell no. So, criminal can shoot anywhere, any time. 

So, this is my idea hope you like it  (I'm sorry for the poor English)

When a person (suspect) surrenders he must type !isur then all of his guns disappear. After hes safely moved
to VCPD and jailed for lets say 1 min. Only when hes released from jail he gets his guns back.

This does not totally stop ppl from running away, but at least there not armed.

there should be a !sur command that you put the weapons on the ground and that you got disarmed. Its a good idea becouse many suspect shooting in jail after surrendered wich is non-rp.

Why not just when a person is jailed, his weapons are taken from him in till he is released

You should only be jailing them if they have surrendered
And running after surrendering is against the rules

I only try jailing when guy have surrended.. Or if I can get 'em to my PCJ I'll lock it and go to jail and jail him

i like the !isur command.
it is a short command,
many times the criminal gets killed by the cop while he is typing "i surrender" or "/handsup"
with !isur the message can be displayed: <Nick has surrendered, cops hold your fire>

and the idea of losing weapons by !isur is good too, as Skirmant said, criminals dont take their weapons to jail....not even in single player

btw, should the criminal get his weapons back after he is released, now that doesnt happen in Real life  :conf:

I agree with ya here, however I think the criminals should get there weapons back. In real life no one would be carrying guns, unless there registered. So I think that certain classes should lose their weapons, and others keep their weapons.

That is one thing too..
If guy says middle of fire I sur and he got killed... It have happend to me couple times and it sucks when you can't look messages because ur aiming..

Also, to solve the running away problem there could be a !handcuff command so that the criminal isn't allowed to get further than say 5m away from cop. if he does he is teled back to the cop

Yeah that would help alot, it would be like the way the can't leave the cell. Only they can't get away from an Officer.
