Not to mention monotiring server as administrator.
We also need to count in the amount of time you need to spend on managing forums, members, servers, paying billls and more.
Oh, don't forget you need to shit, eat and sleep.

When you managed all this, then you can talk shit about lack of time.

Gandalf, the point is that those people are bored and have nothing to do when they pop up to disturb.
Their friends, faction members or clan mates are not online so they walk around out of their boredom and screw up the roleplay for others.
If they would like to be involved:

Option 1:
Get a black skin, hang with us and try to get into the faction on a roleplay way.

Option 2:
Don't try to gain attention by screwing up the roleplay, stay serious and we will do the same, but if someone comes into our hood simply to annoy us, the reaction will follow shortly.

And THAT is the main problem, people think they are above new players. When we started this was one of the things we were against, and we still are.
You are not worth anything more or less than a new player. You have the same rights, same scripts and same rules.
As experienced player you have the OBLIGATION to help out others. Not to get them in to your faction, but to make them enjoy.

Twisting your words...seems that you do not want to come off as a guy who ignores people and tells then to f**k off because they are new so now its just about joining your faction. Well that is not how it started, and you have not presented your 'improvements' for your faction but to make all server respect YOUR rules for YOUR faction.
And now that you ar already cornered you try to turn it to only your part.
Too late, people already saw that you are self-centered and only want your rules to work for all server. And we have there for proven our point that the complaints people who moan are directed only at getting things for them selves, to for interest of the server.

That is the difference. Some people do not want to explain and see if the player will listen, they just want everyone who is not in to their style to disappear, if needed the hard way.....
