I post here due to my concern of Gvardia. This group has for long been a very respected group for me, as well that I've looked up to some of your members. However, when reading through the topic, I think that Gvardia should have a little more stricter structure. I've noticed Gvardia's breaking rules, and even worse that I don't see that the leader is doing in anything about it. This how I look at Gvardia, I am not saying that it is true. However, I think that Gvardia should build up a stricter structure and regulations. One rulebreak, encourage to another, so you should basically find any possible diplomatic solution to prevent that from happening. We're talking about - everything from claiming that you're the owner of a heroin spot to talking in public chat.

Lets make it clear that Gvardia has explicit permission from me to try claiming ownership of the drug spots, providing they do not do this in the presence of law enforcement. This is something that precedes ideas for the future where a group can indeed take control of an area, and can battle other groups over it.

It is intended to be an opportunity for other groups to organize, and of course for the undercover operations of law enforcement to try and dismantle.

Don't tell us how to handle our members and about our structure, don't take this personal. Our structure is not shown to the public, it's in our private forums with a lot of more stuff. While you are throwing these accusations, it could actually mean something if you could send evidence to the leaders with a report filled out. And about the drugs, it's not a rule break. Some just seem to moan about a lot after they don't comply and get killed or lose their drugs.

Gvardia has the most sophisticated structure and organization among all the groups of Argonath. Many would be amazed and shocked, but like Antonio said, its something we keep private, 'Cosa Nostra' as Italians would say. Our achievements, domination, popularity, activity, business empire, men's strength, and essential original roleplays, not to mention the maturity of our members(Average age of the Leadership is aproximetly 20 years old) speaks more then words.

Compare all of the mentioned things with other groups, and you'll get a picture on which level our structure is build.

"The old life"
   I had a very how you say, depressing childhood. My mother died a day after my birth, and on my 10th

birthday, my dad was stabbed to death. After that I was changed, I didn't talk to too many people and if I did it

was with the wrong croud. In my late teens I had discovered that a member of a gang had killed my father, I wanted

revenge. When I had "tricked" my friends into stealing his car, I walked in and shot the man 6 times in the chest. I

spent 3 years in Juvi before I broke out, with the help of some friends. I then took the first flight to the states

ASAP.

"The new city"
   When I arrived in Los Santos International Airport, I met an old family friend. He was apart of the Genovese

crime family, and he wanted to show me around on behalf of the family. After dinner with this family, we left to

meet the Don. He told me to never speak out of turn, unless I want to be disrespected in all of Los Santos. I agreed

and walked in, there he was, the don standing in the nicest suit and tie I had ever seen next to his body guards. 

He then issued them off and asked me for a drink and offered me a seat. I then sat and grabbed my glass of whiskey.

We sat there in a moment of silence before the don said "So, I've been told that your a trust worthy man.", I then

looked up at Stefan. I said "I've been known to be." and glanced at the movement outside the windows. The don asked

me to tell him what I saw. I then described three cars full of an enemy family, with shotguns, MP5's, and M4's

approach the main door.

"The induction"
   It was only 5 minutes after I had told him this, almost all of the family members had came up to the dons

room. He handed me a vest and a mp5 and said to shoot anyone that wasn't in a suit. I was shocked to have him do

this, and on top of that I have never used more than a .45 handgun. So I walked out and took a corner and looked

down the sights and waited. Under me I could here gunshots and screams, I almost ran down the stairs and shot them,

but I saw someones silhoutte on the wall next to the stairwell. I peaked around the corner and saw a man comming up

the stairs, I turned and before he could pull out his handgun I shot him. I then was staring at the body, ready for

more. After that guy I saw, more and more silhouttes of men popped up on the wall. I then took out my MP5 and

sprayed in that area.

"Exiled"
     I was ratted out by someone in the family short after the incedent. I was jailed and asked questions. The

family had thought I turned myself in and ratted out the entire family. They had been hunted and jailed, as the Don

was never jailed. The don did have connections to the police, and set up a meeting with me, and paid my way out.

When I met him there were about 5 cops around me and the Don. The don asked me "Why?". I asked him "Why, what? I

haven't done anything to this family.". He then shot me twice, one in the left thigh and another in the stomach

area. I laid on the ground for about an hour in hope my friend would come. I then saw my friends who helped me out

of jail. I didn't know they had come to San Andreas in search of me. We went back to his place in Queens, San

Fierro. He then introduced me to the new big family, the Gvardia family.

Background Story:
When I was young like 10 years old I had wonderful Parents one Day me and my father went to the ocean to fish some fish shark jumped from the water the shark ate my father's arm. I was crying and I went to the lifeguards who called to the paramedics but the lifeguards were too late. My father died because of stupid fishing, I promised myself that I never go to fish again After 10 Years I was 17 years kid and I didn't had enough money for my studying So I robbed people at night for money. That's how I found the person that my father owed him money, I took a knife and ran to him And I said give me all the money you have this is robbery he looked at me gave the money And said: I know your mom. Year later, when the amount was in my hands for my study, a policeman came to my House and told me that my mom was killed. I knew I was going too killed too so I took the money and flied to Los Santos until I will be strong enough to revenge. I search good friends for help me, but all said no they think is a dangerous mission.
So I look for a powerful guys who don’t have any fear of death, and I found a little mafia in Los Santos, Veterans of War, I joined it and they moved to Fierro, they closed the family because no money, I searched for another mafia and I found Gvardia, And a little gang, I look at Corporation of Gvardia and I liked it i don’t have words to say my expression its awesome, in Town  I searched for Gvardia, Weeks and weeks, months and months, Years and years, and I found a guy who Named Ermando , he left that mafia I don’t know the reason but he helped me, earning money etc…
One day I found a member of Gvardia Family, I attempt to talk with him but he just ignored me , I was 2 days thinking in idea of join Gvardia, and I don’t  will gave up, im not a loser who forget all things and I never give up of one idea I will search more members who can talk with me .
One day I found a Hobbo in town asking me money, I said no, but he attempted assault me!
But one guy saved me life, he helped me and that guy is a gvardia member, I was talking with him a few hours and he said I need apply for gvardia If I want join, he send me the web page for apply, but I don’t have any computer, so I needed rob one,  the police catch me when I was trying to rob one , but that cops are corrupts so they helped me rob it.
I applied for Gvardia and now im preparing my revenge.
