Event Updates

We had a great event today and yesterday. Thanks to all who has participated and those who helped, and donated to increase vent prizes.

Yesterday's event prize was 150k (About 10 participants in total)
Today's event prize was 125k (About 11 participants in total)

The event that we had today was pretty much planned amazing with a lot, a lot of plot twists.

It was a legal racing event, however, it was different this time than any other times on Argonath. It look me quite some time to perfect it and make it happen exactly as I wanted it to.

People had to gather up at Collin Headquarters and wait for everyone. A car on top of mountain Chilliad was supposed to be retrieved and brought back to Collin HQ in order to win. When the players took off, they have encountered a series of road scenarios. First one was the fact that the road on one side only was blocked and it had "Detour" signs, which some have ignored and went around. Further, the whole road was blocked and the only tiny space to go through had spikes. Some went through and regretted it later Then, getting closer to Whetstone, there was a tunnel on the highway. It had one sign, that said "Road Closed", again, ignored by many people who had to find out later that at the very end of the tunnel there was a road block and they had to come back all the way. Those who followed the signs and/or road rules were lucky. But getting to the top of mountain for the car was not the worst. Finding out down the road that the car that they are supposed to bring back is a taxi cab was. People then had to get off the mountain, go to whereever they wanted in order to get on driver duty and come back.

Event was spectated by Alfred Corleone and I the whole time, the car ID was noted prior to the event in order to avoid people bringing any other taxi car back.

Eventually, 3 people on the radar showed up, two of which were teamworking and I believe eventually split up the prize in half. Nevertheless, Kenji and Sergei Gvardia won the event by successfully bringing the taxi back to Collin HQ and earned 125k.

I must say that a hint was given by stating "YELLOW CAR" at the beginning of event but everyone ignored it No one know that it was a taxi until.. surprise! Hah!

Again, thanks to everyone participating and we are looking forward to doing more events in the future.
