Why not phpBB 2? I mean, I know its old, but its really great and highly customizable to your likes.

I don't like it :S. I don't like having to download it and upload to a host which costs money and such, nor do I like using a FREE host that provides it.

There are various servers available for free that support installing phpBB forums.
