I Believe that ARPD have a lot Of Advantage Than Crimimals.Thei can returne after death.Thei can Carjack You while you Cant.Thei Can use Helicopters And Criminals cant (( Cuz you have to land to be unsepected )).There is Any way To Change these Rules ? and Give The criminals some Advantage too ?If there is already some and I dont know them please Tell me.....

1. Cops can carjack criminals... The rule allowed it to prevent so-called "runners" who are just getting wanted and start running away with changing cars/repairing...

2. That criminals cannot use helicopters i hear the first time... I know we did not allow to use bikes cos they do not get any damage aka advantage over others...

Not to mention that you have the ability to use a M4 to kill cops whereas the SAPD has a regulation against that...
Besides, not many free officers/cadets have armour and heavy weapons.

Thats the problem of SAPD... Argonath RPG stated clearly - everyone can use all weapons which are allowed by server... Its GTA and second all are able to use the same weapons to make the fight fair enough... I actually did not understand ARPD when they restricted themselves...

Correct, those who are suspected can carjack cops if the cop is silly enough to be in a civilian vehicle.

No, you can carjack ONLY if you are a cop vs criminal... Or at least you can carjack back a guy who ve just carjacked you...
