The argument is that the only exception made to the "No TDM" rule, excluding the (compromising at best) gangwar system, is the orange vs. blue team fight. Only the blues may attack anyway.

OTHER benefits, then it is due to lack of organisation and teamwork.

There is no reason that the ARPD could not take out criminal groups with the no-return rule.

Yes there simply is.. Including the fact that the ARPD consists of freecops and other players who may not be the best shooters as well as that usually there's not that many more cops than criminals when it comes to big shootouts it could easily happen...

On another note ever since last night I am now a supporter of the "cops cannot return" rule and hope to see it implemented soon. Just do not start complaining when the ARPD starts learning how to shoot with full armour and weapons as well...

Not every criminal is amazing at shooting, Vince.
You may not believe it, but in the criminal world
there are certain levels of criminals.
The lower levels are the equivelant of Freecops, and there sure
are alot of them.

What's so special about it? That it was around for ~3 years? Even if this was a "1940-1970" role-play server, it wouldn't be decent. If you think it acts like a Mafia, then do a research for yourself. (That doesn't include watching "The Godfather" or "The Sopranos", by the way.)

The Lanzetti family is a great Roleplaying faction, but there is nothing about Lanzetti that is more alike the image of an real world mafia than what Corleone is. If you think they are, you obviously don't know anything about mafias, so maybe you should do some research yourself before you start pointing fingers.
