I don't think this is needed, we need to look away from SA:MP.

Maybe you could add this to call script "if it stays what it is now" (not sure if this has been posted / is already in scripts)
Example:
I do !call Klaus
Then Klaus does !answer
Then I do !call Dexter and he answers too and we can talk, the three of us. Dunno if this os possible, but would be nice add

I was thinking that citizens should be able to join radio channels like cops can do, for private chats in conferences
it would help organised crime when, more than 2 criminals are invloved

Player1 : /c tune xx.xx
pm>> You have tuned your walkie-talkie to xx.xx MHz

once the frequency is set, the player can invite others to xx.xx by telling them the tuning frequency

Player2 : /c tune xx.xx
Player2 : /c t hi
pm>> [Radio Channel xx.xx]Player2 says: hi, over.

I dont know exactly which frequency range is used for walkie-talkie, lets make it 40.00 MHz to 88.00MHz
so the value of xx.xx should be between 40 to 88 (upto 2 decimal places)

Commands:
/c tune <xx.xx>          to tune frequency(join/create channel on xx.xx)
/c t <msg>                to talk on joined/created channel

We don't want VC to be a copy of SA:MP. We want something different (and better  ). This can work. Why not just have the teamtalk? Or selected teamtalk, when you choose to message a group of people of your choosing? This can just be general chat or RP based.

Yep, that's what I meant with the selected teamtalk. It's a good idea of yours'. I suggested something similar a few months ago, but we just left it there to discuss later.

Some SAMP Scripts would be awsome, but a lot of people havnt really played SAMP in VCMP, but they can get used to it i think
