Correct. Anything a server in Argo does to continue these awards is completely unofficial and won't result in any official awards being given.

Because Aragorn changed the system because he was unhappy with the issues with it. It was meant to be completely different this year, but awards weren't done because he is busy with other things IRL right now. Any awards "recreating" the old system would then be unofficial as the Server Owners specifically changed them in the first place.
