 Well for one thing, It's the first rank that can apply to be a training officer. You may also lead a "Squad" of privates.

It seems that this group is kind of dead...a real shame! I was thinking about starting something like the Army Reserves but I saw this and thought something has already been created. But if Billy doesn't return for awhile, what will happen to it? I'm thinking about applying but if it's dead or going to be I don't know if I will. So, what's the deal? I'd like to start a new one if this one is dead.
