Good news, The Vice City Tour Group is ready to build a structure for tours as the 1.2 scripts are up, services will start running as soon as the server and scripts are fully stable.

but i dont think it will be very successfull, cause most people know hte whole city like the back of theyre hand (like me).
and people who are so new and have play, will be too greedy to pay for a tour
