Me and NapstaR were driving around Los Santos in our car and we heard alot of sirenes so we cheked out what hapened.
We saw our buddy on the floor with 3 cops and 1 undercover agent, we thought he was about to die because we saw them trying to get him alife with CPR.
Me and NapstaR drove a little back and sudenly NapstaR got suspected by one of the cops ( i forgot the /su reason ).
After that i was suspected also because i was driving with the suspect ( aiding as far as i can remember ).
We then went to the place where our buddy was on the floor ( we never did /gu or /hail and they let us walk around ).
We then heard that our buddy was dead.
Me and NapstaR saw the officer taking ALOT of drugs from our buddy so i thought a bit ( can be cheked i did /me thinks /l hmmm )
So i came with the plan to kill the officer and NapstaR taking the drugs from the officer and dragging our buddy into the car and escape while im in a gunfire with the other cops.
NapstaR succeeded to get away with our buddy and all the drugs but sadly for me i died in the gunfire with the cops.

That is exactly how the story went logs can be cheked.

So Thomas you have to give back all the drugs you got from ScorpZ to NapstaR because sadly for you you died and the drugs were taken of you by NapstaR.

I can say that I picked the drugs up and logs can be checked for this, I think it was Gecko who was there next to be and he ran off when i got there to collect the drugs.

Ask Gimli,Aragron or Gandalf that he dosent need to give drugs/weapons anything illegal really away, just has to RP. This rule got pushed over and admins who punished for it got in trouble. This counts as forced RP when you really take drugs away so this rule dosent apply anymore. Gimli/Aragorn and Gandalf all tought the rule was idiotic i got MSN chatlog from gimli if you want it.

Its not against rules to resist really sending the drugs, he can only rp he dosent need to use /give command. Also you can power or metagame so i cant really see a problem here maybe he dosent want to be a good RPer?

Ofcourse i saw the police cars with flashing sirenes so dont say im lieing.
Ofcourse my friend is about to die and there is not really any help everyone cared about the person who was about to die more.
Maybe you should have made us do /gu or /hail instead, not my problem you guys forgot that.

When a cop has the sirenes on and he steps out, the sound will be off to him. When a player from a different area comes near that the car, he'll hear the sirenes while nobody is in it. That's a form of desync.

We saw him on the floor and we didnt know what was going on and we saw you guys giving him CPR.
Then later u declared him dead and me and NapstaR heard that.

And i was thinking when he died because i saw alot of drugs so like i said
I came with the plan to kill you so NapstaR can take the drugs of you and dragging our friend into the car.
There is not any DM/cophunt involved in this situation, it has been RP'd all.

:ps: I wont reply anymore untill Gandalf/Aragorn/Gimli/CBFASI reply'd on this topic and came with a verdict because what we did was good and legal, dont try to safe the weed that we took of you in a RP.

Also, forcing RP isn't allowed. ScorpZ RPed giving the drugs and he willfully gave a lot of his weed to the cops. A fair deal in my opinion.
