Today the Federal Bureau of Investigation is Suing the Following Persons, for Multiple Charges that can be Seen Bellow:

• Under_Montana
• Gsrd_Montana

For the Following charges:

Kentonio Montana: Conspiracy, Drug Dealing, Cooperation with Criminals, Creation of Criminal Groups/Factions, Multiple Murders, Ordering of Hitman Contracts, Organization of Gang wars, and Bank Robberies.

Under Montana: Drug/Weapons Dealing, Possession of Drugs, Assassination (Possibly Ordered by Kentonio), Multiple Murders, Bank Robberies, Printing of Fake Money.

Gsrd Montana: Conspiracy, Cooperation with Criminals, Multiple Murders, Bank Robberies.

Our Demands are:

Kentonio Montana:

• A sum of 250,000AR$ Must be Paid to the Government of Argonath (Mostly earned by Illegal Activities)
• 1 Month of Community Services (Taxi, Medic, Etc, for FREE)
• 2 Months of Jail

Under Montana:

• A sum of 50,000AR$ must be Paid to the Government of Argonath
• 1 Week of Community Services
• 1 Month of Jail

Gsrd Montana:

• A Sum of 65,000AR$ must be Paid to the Government of Argonath
• 1 and a Half Week of Community Services
• 1 Month and a Half of Jail

If the Defense agree to Cooperate with the Federal Bureau,the demands can be lowered.

The charges against Kentonio,Under and Gsrd Montana are all legitimate. I aided the FBI Agents sometimes with the Investigations,we also got a hugh quantity of weed which was only some of Under's drugs,and if needed i'll take the Weed to the Court as a Proof. I also got the whole conversation between Marco and Under recorded on my computer which is well-secured and if needed it will be taken to the Court as a proof too.

I would like to add that none of the evidence which was gained was obtained through violence or torturing, we obtained our evidence legitamtly and we did not force illegally in our interviews with any of the suspects.

All evidence was either obtained by CCTV footage, audio recording, photo's, or written down information.

Case will remain open to give chance to defends and if any new evidence will appear. If prosecutor have anymore evidence about other charges I am waiting to see them. With current proves i can not see suspects to be guilty for other charges.

According to VCPD's Database, Mr. Kentonio is involved in 10 to 20% of the crimes in the Vice City state. The Money is going to be destinated to the government, that is going to Refund the Banks and the Business owners, which have been Robbed/Assaulted.

The Court/Defense may ask any VCPD/FBI/SWAT Members and Command staff to Confirm Kentonio's and/or his Partners.

The Montanas could try a takeover on Stracci, so all is possible.

A question: Are you defending only Mr. Kent or all the Accuseds?

The prosecution have no more evidences.
