I feel this topic has gone astray and beyond the limit we were expecting. Unfortunately unlike the other topic which proved unstable. This topic is also no exception. We are judging it based on the number of votes instead of the posts. Though we understand there may be foul play, we will still honour the winning party.

Like Gvardia Eugene, Rage Incorporated [RI] is also focussed on helping new community members. We find them easier to handle and tame unlike our wobbly and uncontrollable regulars. Its not the regulars fault, as they were designed and breed for different purposes. They were crafted, perhaps to disobey the rules or taught to obey them to the core depending on the group that recruited them or the influence of their surrounding parties. At Rage Incorporated [RI] we are very excited to attract new players as they are very challenging yet rewarding to adapt towards community values. By teaching them the ways of Argonath from a responsible standing point, we welcome another law abiding citizen to the roster of the Argonath community. Once they leave our roster, we are satisfied they are ready to progress and fulfil their dreams in our virtual world.

We have very diverse groups who focus on very different aspects of the community. We have groups who focus on regulars, some who focus on recruiting admins only and some who focus on helping new players. Our community in essence is deeply diversified. I really respect your view Eugene, and honestly I'm really pleased we share a common vision towards helping our new players by introducing them into developing a strong career orientated theme. 

In addition to what I've said - This topic was designed to be a topic of inspiration for others to aspire to.  It was to create a legacy of influence which would drive other groups towards. I'm sure we can still recover some sense of dignity from this topic if we all compromise and draw together in a stance of unity for our new players and regulars. Regardless of the current posture and attitude of groups towards sectors of players, please try not to degrade each other by spiteful indirect slander.

All this groups have influence, but RI influence made a whole new way of bizz RP,that was adopted by some community members to open similar groups.

Frank, i tought that only votes posted by forms are counted. If the winner of this voting will be selected only cause of the poll votes ( submited votes without filled in forms), i would request to remove Gvardia from the list.

Even if only votes with the forms are considered, there are Stracci members here voting for Stracci - which contradicts what NitrOx said about no evidence being available to state that there is something wrong here. Infact, I don't see why own members are not allowed to vote for their group, because the allied groups are simply voting here for their allies.

First of all the rules were made explicitly clear in the beginning of this topic. The original topic to distinguish our core groups was based on votes and corresponding posts. Unfortunately people were misusing the system, by posting for a group and all together voting for another. In addition, other tactics were being used to rig the voting system and lean towards one side. The decision was made in this topic, to have the winner chosen purely on the voting system dependent on whether people could act maturely and in line with the moral rules of not encouraging others to sway to a particular side. Unfortunately, as seen in this topic people are casting votes as they did in the first topic. Its sad that we cant follow simplistic rules. This winner will be concluded by the number of votes and not the number of corresponding posts. The system is unreliable and unrealistic. The original system was brought in to prevent people from misusing the poll but regretfully it wasnt robust enough to stop a select few.

If you had paid the correct attention, you would have seen that the $1,000,000.00 prize had been scrapped due to this ongoing dispute of corruptness. Instead, we have requested the winning group out of goodwill to donate $250,000.00 into a independent fund which will be used to help new players within our community. This will serve as a deterrent to those who seek to sway votes and encourage those who genuinely care about their group and their image in supporting our community.
