Will it work, does anybody have it working? will setting it to backwards compatability for windows xp make it work?

Yeh it works absolutely normally, I have Win7 myself, and I would say it works even better than on XP, atleast it loads faster. (:

If only i could transfer it from my windows xp machine to my new comp through the network, from what i see they use seperate things, windows 7 "homegroup" and windows xp network places.

Does GTA support 1920x1080 reso?

yes working nice, just in case dont install to default place, go for d or somewhere else, compatibilyt woks as well. (for me compatibility with win 98/me)

Yes, I think, for me it supports up to 1650x1050, but thats because I dont have any bigger monitor than 23 inches.

Just for heads up for those afraid of ordering it for 64 bit it works too on that :) in windows7

Yup, i'm running Windows 7 and it works nicely, very stable and fast too. Just make sure you run as administrator!

Yep, works on windows 7 like a dream. I don't think I enabled run as administrator however it works fine without it, although it could be activated already!

Run it as an Administrator, if you dont you will not be able to save screen shots.

Works fine with windows 7, if you use the latest version you should'nt have any problems.

ok i formated pc and installed windows 7 and stll cant get into san andreas sigleplayer or multiplayer still crushig before loading ...
