Please note, this is a false positive! Your SA:MP is NOT infected!

The avast! update team made a mistake as one of the newest Trojan viruses uses the same script coding as most regular computer applications such as virus scanners (ex: it'll say spybot is a trojan, which isn't true).
The genius who created this virus did it so that the virus could smoothly pass under the radar as a valid computer application.

Wait for another avast! update, they'll fix this.

Where must we go... we who wander this Wasteland in search of our better selves?

Already knew this for like a year. It also appeared on the older SA:MP version. Just add the SA:MP into the list of expections, and you're done.

No, this is something new. It doesn't ONLY affect SA:MP.

Better solution: Get Nod32 or Norton 360.

No.

It was a simple mistake any company could of made. Please don't use this as an excuse to get users to use what you prefer.

Not really, Nod32 aint so bad. I have that.

Although this WAS a simple mistake and anyone could have done it, I think they should be more professional on their testing. No harm done, but that was a little slack of work from them. their still good though.
