SEPTEMBER STATEMENT REGARDING ROLE PROFILES
As we enter into the 3rd day of operational capacity, it has become clear that there is a need to provide clarification around the set of role profiles in 9 INC. As of today, Ramo Hawk will be assuming the position of Managing Director of 9 INC. This position enables Ramo to make decisions of behalf of the board unless challenged by ExCo. This also enables Ramo to choose a team of Directors to support him in his new role going forward. Each Director will have to be approved by a member of the Executive Committee.

The open positions Ramo will be expected to recruit for are as follows:

- 3x Human Resources Directors
Attire: they must wear a suit or bodyguard uniform
Role: Human Resource Directors must manage members questions, help and guide them through their everyday roles in 9 INC.

- 10x Security Enforcement Officers
Attire: they must wear a suit or bodyguard uniform
Role: Security Enforcement Officers must provide world class security to our clients:

- PRIORITY ONE: Provide escort and security services to The Commission [tC]
- PRIORITY TWO: Secure assets (buildings we own) by maintaining a presence there
- PRIORITY THREE: Provide escort and security services to our clients
- PRIORITY FOUR: Carry out any other duty as instructed by The Commission [tC]

I hope this helps define our roles going forward.

In time our services portfolio will increase as we venture into different markets.

Let me also remind you, that as senior veterans of the community and the group. The success of our business is dependent on the amount of leads you create:

- Please seek out security contracts with members of the public offering services as need be.
- Please keep staff from 9 Incorporated involved in all negotiation of sales
- Please act as 'enablers' of roleplay and create different paths and themes - i.e. relationships with large groups

You are expected to drive roleplay and not take a backseat of watching it all.
