VCPD Undercover Driggz Vs. DaniGold_Montana

Describe your case: Today, I was doing undercover oeprations and placed an /ad that I wanted drugs. As no one answered, I went around the city and I noticed a guy standing. I asked, "Yo dawg, got some drugs?" He said yea. I went to my trunk to get a briefcase. Pulled out the drugs and set it on the hood. He told me there are 1000 units! I put the briefcase on the ground and pulled out a badge and a gun and i said "VCPD HANDS IN THE AIR". He did. After I attempted to take the drugs. ( It went OOC after that, as he didnt want to hand the drugs, and I have many witnesses and screens. Note I Do NOT want money. All I want is the Drugs. I was told that I should take it to court, and he kept saying "Go ahead, i dont care", so i did.
When did it happen?: Around 12:00 pm Pacific
Have you hired a lawyer yet? If so, who is it?: No I have not

still, check in the 3 last screensies the BIG change in money, they were screenied in a big time difference.
AND, in the first one, he ads to buy drugs.
also, i doubt he was an undercover cop.
and, in his story he sayis i sayid "i surrender" and had my arms up (/handsup), well, it happened in the middle of hte screenie story, since he was so annoyng i decided to let him start over from when he did /aim and told me hes from ARPD.
and, hte screenies dont have me admitting i have drugs, just sayind : "1k units" (of what?)
so theres NO proof!

Seriously is lol how you could fool for it. Driggz doesn't even take drugs, cause if he did he would get kicked from ARPD.. just fail dani.

Acturally, you never did say "i surrender". However, you used /handsup and Driggz  managed to write '/me cuffs Dani before you ran. You can not run when cuffed

True. In all the screen shots, Dani does not mention the word 'weed' or any drug. Just taking out a briefcase and opening it saying there is 1k units. Could be 1k units of pepperoni pizzA :P

Thats also possible but dont forget,if he asked for Drugs,you answered so that means you probably mean Drugs.Unlike if somoene asks for cookies and you say "Oh hai,i have 15.....Cars"
So that means you admitted for having drugs.

first of all! sorry denlow, i mixed up you and klaus, it was klaus XD.
also, check the timer on his client, from the time he advertised, to hte time i was there (i didnt came, he came, i was looking around starfish island), so it wasnt me who showed up, it was him who came.
honestly, i didnt even noticed him advertising that... :-\

I dont think he needed to be so specific about what was in the briefcase. I pulled up and said, do you have drugs? He told me he has 1k units. So we knew it was drugs.

And yes, All i want is the drugs so i can destroy them.
