Reason of the transfer:
I want to transfer from SFPD because I believe lately that the people have been getting out of hand and do not know how to control it, nor do they know how to control SFPD in its self.  There are many inactive officers within SFPD; and some that simply just do NOT patrol in SF, and if you're the only person in SF, and you have about 10 Gvardia's in SF as well, I somewhat see that as a deathtrap for myself and I wouldn't have ANY backup because either:
A) People are in LS, and will always have a 5-10 minute delayed response and by that time I'm already dead or close to it.
B) The officers on our roster are inactive.
C) The officers just simply do not come.

Now my time in SFPD was good, but not great.  I've encountered many problems with their methods and I do not wish to continue on with the way they act nor do I want to be subjected to the not so welly ran regions of SF.  There are many problems and 'bugs' that need to be fixed in SFPD before I even consider going back to them, or just travel their roads of SF, I wish that it would be fixed.  So in the time being I would like to transfer to LSPD for these following reasons:
1) They're more structured and have a good base.
2) They are professional and know how to do the right things (sometimes ^.^).
3) I know and am friends with a lot of people in LSPD; Mostly Sgt+.
4) I think I'd have more qualities for LSPD, as I know the area's a lot more and I know where to go when needed.
5) I like the LS regions and they're all practically clean.
6) LS is more beneficial for me as I go there more often than anything because that is where all the main action is; and being in SF, you miss out on all the fun.

Aryin James Morelli born November 15, 1982 at Jefferson Hospital at 7:62 P.M.

Raised in El Corona, Los Santos for 15 years of his life.  Although growing up in the projects of El Corona, Aryin was quite brilliant up until he turned 12 and was punished with the hard truth of life.  Aryin was attacked by life because him and a close friend were alone together and made a mistake by having sexual contact with each other.  Aryin then tried to hide his sexual interest from everybody by being the ‘hood rat’ with the most trouble in his life ever.

Aryin’s grades began dropping in school from A’s to F’s.  Aryin tried escaping everything by making or getting into trouble.  All his life, he grew up with no father figure, and no mother figure, just the streets and the people.  So he thought that getting into trouble was the only way.  And by the time Aryin was 15, he’d gotten in so much trouble even he couldn’t out run himself from it.  A few months into his 15th year, he was picked up by Senior Officer Matrixbob for shoplifting at a 24/7 on Mullohand Avenue.  Aryin was then escorted to Los Santos Police Department and was questioned thoroughly.  Aryin learned one thing on the streets of El Corona while growing up and that was to never tell the cops anything.
Aryin kept to that philosophy, and therefore he was punished.  Senior Officer Matrixbob then escorted Aryin to Department of Juvenile Justice.  Aryin was house in Department of Juvenile Justice for 6 months and was let out a week before his 16th birthday.  Once Aryin was released from the Department of Juvenile Justice, he was then placed in the hands of Department of Social Services.  Aryin had no choice but to go with them.  Aryin was then placed in countless family homes over the months until he turned 17.

At the age of 17 Aryin decided that it was finally time to stop running from his past life and change himself for the better.  That’s when Aryin turned to the police force where he became a part time voluntary officer, he thought to himself constantly that he’d never have a chance in the force – He made it, nor would he like it – But working with the officers and cadets more and more each day he realized that being and officer wasn’t that bad after all.  Although Aryin found something that he liked, he still had something from his past that constantly haunted him…His sexuality.  Aryin had nobody to talk to about it so he kept it to himself.

Aryin continued to struggle, but he began understanding life better and took up for others who were distressed.  Months passed by and Aryin finally became wiser and knew he had to talk to someone about his inner most secret feelings, so at 19 Aryin found his best friend that was secretly gay, and they talked for hours about it.  That many hour conversation actually turned into Aryin’s first boyfriend, although the relationship didn’t last that long, Aryin still loved the guy.  Finally had someone to talk to and express how he felt, but lost him due to actions that scarred Aryin.  Aryin slowly moved on from him and maturely grew into an impressive 20 year old.  Finally Aryin decided to step up his career and do something with it.  He became a full-time voluntary officer and joined a subdivision called SACS.

Aryin was thrilled about pushing his career forward and eventually his hard worked paid off.  His application for full-time Cadet was accepted and he received his badge the next day.  Finally Aryin’s life was looking up for him.  Aryin then found some more interests other then police duty, he became a professional off-road.  This meant he was an awesome off-road driver and he got recognized for that skill and he went to tournaments and all.  Even though Aryin overcame his fear of his sexuality, he still felt like he needed someone to talk to.  So he talked to Jacob Emerson, SACS’s Director, who was openly gay. Jake and Aryin talked about Aryin’s situation and Aryin finally saw the real route of his sexual feelings falling into place.  Jake helped Aryin through a lot from that point on, and Aryin was so grateful for everything Jake had done for him.  But six weeks before Aryin’s 24th birthday, everything changed on him…he was hit with what he thought was love.  A cute guy named Jesse walked into his life and became a major part of it, because on Aryin’s 24th birthday, Jesse and Aryin got engaged.  They moved in together a year later and got married. They lived in Marina, Los Santos for a while, but just as soon as you could say “Happy Fifth Anniversary” the relationship was finished, two weeks before their 5th anniversary and Aryin’s 28th birthday.

Although the relationship wasn’t great, Aryin wouldn’t complain because he was still awaiting the real love of his life to return.  And two days before Aryin’s 28th birthday, Martin Riggs walked back through the double doors of Aryin’s heart. And from there the story gets better.  Aryin’s adopted brother Carlos found out he was going to be a dad.  Also Aryin’s other adopted brother Chris found out he was going to be a dad as well.  Things were truly looking up for Aryin because everything actually started falling into place the way he wanted it too.
