I can awnser both for you.
A1: Yes, he does. Every week at least
A2: Yes he does this to. My app was about 6-7 pages back and after more then a month I got accepted. So dont give up  hope

We check your applications regularly and when it's time to chose new moderators we read ALL of them, no matter if you posted a week or 3 months ago.

And let me explain you the necessity of this :
Actualy, some people do have and deal drug. We know it. We see it. But this isn't a good evidence enough. So, if there was the dealing anim + a /frisk command, we could be able to bring solid evidence that an individual is dealing drug.

So yeah I wondered if the developpers are thinking about something like this to make cop job a bit more ... ''realistic'' and less touchy... Because the actual problem is that you can't see if the person do have drug, and even with drug bust, sometimes, so people just lie and act, and so they can get cops in trouble. And sometimes, you see it on a street corner, but you didn't had time to take the screenshot ... So you have no solid evidence... So ? ... So I can't arrest a suspect if there's no direct threat or no evidence ...

So will the developpers develop the drug aspect even more ?

Just get a program such as Microsoft Office or OpenOffice and enable it to work on external applications somehow (I forgot how). It'll check immediately, just like in office :razz:
