Yesterday Ness_Gvardia was robbed by [LSK] Members . We got ready to revenge Ness , first talked to LSK , RPed it . The both sides knew that there was going to be a fight. We killed 2 LSK Members , 1 Ran. They called Allies for help, we were in a mass shootout , 2 Gvardia members get tempbanned for "DM is not Allowed here" by Agent.

How the fuck was that DM ?

I haven't seen you araund when i started playing,but i think you missed out on some of the time also.
But i saw you tempbaning Mango with the reasan DM is not allowed,Mango playes here like 2-3 years and you think that he donsen't know that?

When you where not admin he was never got tempbaned in 6 or more monts for DM or for any reason in that matter.
The same with other long experiance players,why all other admins finded okay what they where doing and you suddenly think its DD and tempban them?

Ok, what if it was not a very reasonable ban?
You tell the admin that banned you, you get unbanned, admins apologizes, done.
Topics like these are only to give admins bad names, while they do a very good job, every admin can make a mistake.

Even if they are not cops, its not DM , its criminal fight over drugs. You were growing weed for youself, they came to get weed for themselves. So that is the reason of shooting which, for me isnt DM.

You just answered yoursef on this question. Mass shootout, and you ask "how it was that DM"? 

1. About gang wars decide leader of these groups... not members
2. Gangwar is between two gangs... not allies
3. Leaders from both sides should inform administration on server, that will hapen gang war between "gang x" and "gang y"... on place xxx, in time xxx... with reason why you fight.

Jerry... I am admin longer that you can expect. Im not suprised about your reaction... "experienced player banned... omg admin abuse". Im not doing it w/o reason. So ask yoursef... do you really know the rules? What RPG stands for?

No these are not reasons for attack... call cops. Self defence was made against DM's. I seen what happen on weed fields, one group came and removes other from it. How remove? By force, shot to other ones... since you all are badass criminals. Why tempban? You are not new player but regular, who should knew rules.

Zippe you and that other player were freezed by me... I gived verbal warning to you both, but you left before that (avoiding punishment). While i seen you back, it was you who still was shoting.

Thats what i did, person carjacked me and started hiting me with fists, very RP to run around me and hit me while i shoot at him. I even did /me pulls out 9mm. As you say, Self Defence is against DM.

Why didnt you say anything later? I was waiting like 0,5 minute for admin to say something. This guy was yelling: HP Bug, HP Bug, Relog, i thought my hp bug was problem for admin and reloged. Sorry about that.

So for you it is ok to pull out a gun and just start shoting anyone who for example bumps your car by accident or to shoot someone whose skin you just don't like. Way to go badass homie, yo!

No... you have no idea. YOU have to learn what is RP. How police can knew that you are criminal via phone? Are you suspected? No... well then how? If you tell them, that you growwed... its nothin suprised, but if you tell that other player attack you... he have no rights suspect you... the victim.

You have changed your story. At first you said, they were aiming and carjacking. Aiming is not shooting, so can't do anything if the first shot is done by him, then go ahead, you have all the rights to defend yourself, but until then, no shooting. If he carjacks, well report about him( which is good that you did, like you re telling at the moment). You aren't in any means better if you carjack back. Also if he flames that is rulebreaking that is another /report situation.
