Well I guess like EAF, they roleplay a gang, so you could say they are mix of clan/gang

Clans- A clan is a group of players who regularly play together, and use a tag (eg [TAG] or _TAG ) to recognise or be recognised as an associate with that group of people.

Gangs and Groups (Mafia)- Gangs and groups are formed to allow people to roleplay similar styles and characters together.
