I'm just wondering... If owner leaves game, then comebacks - vehicle will spawn in default spawn place, or there, where it was left?

Where it was left, unless a server restart has taken place in the mean time else it's default spawn place

I adore the new by and sell car system. As well as the car limit to 3 per owner. But I hate this car spawn thing. I got tempbanned, last night, for 1 hr all for saying: "I hate this new car spawn thing"

Now: all cars are locked, no /picklock command for cars, Stuck in middle of anywhere and all of the cars around you are locked, no taxis, I can go on..........

We really need a /picklock command for cars

 :ps: I've noticed that the server is starting to crash wayyyyy more than version 0.2X
In the last 2 hours, I've had: 6 BSODs, and 15+ crashes to desktop.

So what ? A SuperGT cost 50k so i bet there is cars under it too, so buy a car for you and don't try use other people ones. No money for one ? then it's a good way for drivers have more action just /taxi.

Questions.
1. If you've done /carlock, will it remain locked even after server restart?
2. Can you lock other vehicles aswell? If that's the case - how? If you used /carlock on one of your cars, then you go into another one and does /carlock it says that the car has been unlocked. If you do /carlock again it says it's now locked. Will the other car you've done /carlock on have any effect in this?

 Lamar, the cars will dissapear if owner goes offline.

Well, we go there and do, for example, /buy infernus.
And we get a Infernus? And always adding it?
I remember when I was new player, saving some cash to buy a damn infernus I had something to play for, and it was fun, I guess that's gone, poor newbies ^_^.
You can call this post moaning, but you won't change my opinion

When i was newb i was saving for Mountain Bike, then it got removed, and my dreams fell in water (.( Bike costed around $5000 and i couldnt earn it hahah ).)

Cars like Bullet,Infernus,Super GT, Turismo ect. should be more expecive...  Super GT is only 50k. It's kinda unrealistic, everyone has a supercar...

They're expensive already, if they put it more expensive, like a million, put the old system back :\
