Enhancing player involvement - /hduty

This idea helps alot, altho its getting abused time to time now.
Lets hope that the abusing part will stop soon.

What will happen when someone on /hduty refuses the question? Will it be autodirected to an other player on /hduty or will de /asker get a message that the appointed player don't want to answer the question?

If the answer to the question is not known, there should be an option to say this, instead of "refusing" it. I may not know the answer, but I still read the question and I didn't "refuse" it and I want to stay on hduty. [:

Sorry for repeating this, but could a manager or someone with the knowledge please answer my question? It may be that the answer can be found out by going in-game, but I - unfortunately - cannot get in-game at this time.

I myself have a question, though: how would one become a veteran, or regular?

Don't like main chat? Go on servers without main chat and enjoy the life, we will not remove main chat.

Regarding Veterans or Regulars, this is what I think separates the three main classes of players, excluding Admins.

New Players: People who are new to the Server and have no or little knowledge of the rules, the class of players most likely to get into trouble for rulebreaking due to lack of complete knowledge regarding the rules, regulations, and procedures. They need to be taught.

Regulars: New Players who have become acclimated to the Server and possess complete knowledge of all the basic rules. They now have no excuse for rulebreaking and will merit bigger punishment if they rulebreak deliberately.

Veterans: Regulars that have stayed in the community for an extended time and possess near-complete or complete knowledge of all rules that need to be known. This class has the biggest knowledge about the community and thus, the biggest capability to help regulars and new players. As a result, they are quicker to be punished when rulebreaking as they have no reason to do so by this point.
