Where is the requirement for a reason for what the gang war is going on? Fighting without a reason or "just to fight/show who's stronger/etc" would be plain TDM IMHO.

There should be a RP motive/background for a war, eg. fighting over a business (drugs collection from a certain weed field for example). After winning/losing a war, there should be some consequences, so the war isn't just a pointless shoot-out.

If I was to add this and then you added declarations with anyone declaring back, then any of the above officers being on would allow them to validly attack every single SAPD officer for no reason.

I'd also like to reiterate that I made this form as easy as possible to check for administrators. The top list is the only one that should be checked, as it shows validations.
Simply check below a group to find who it may fight with.
Also note however that if a group goes to attack another (validly) and an ally of the target group is there, they may help to defend whether they are validated or not (but may not help to retaliate at any time in the future without validating). This does not apply to attacking with allies.



Edit 2: I'd also like to point out to all groups that this is here for you. This allows us to have conflicts if we wish, but also allows an extremely simple opt-out strategy.
If you don't follow this system and attack without using it, don't expect any support from me or anyone else if you get in trouble.

However that does not mean a validation is a permit for constant group DM.
Even with the validations, if we catch groups using it to constantly kill each other, the administration has the duty to withdraw the declaratios.

That the reason we put new rules in this new system such is "If you're dead, you're dead no returning", and "None attacking unless leaders of both groups are online". There wont be so much hunting each other and constant killing, and we're all open for suggestion, to be add up on the rules.
