You must state individual groups.
The old system collapsed partially because of confusing "all except" clauses.

Nonono, obviously it wouldn't work with an actual database itself due to the structure of the forums. As an alternative, you could have AutoIt simulate you opening FireFox or whatever, going to the topic, and inserting whatever, then close.
