Most mafias are like gangs here anyway, they don't really function as a real life mafia, so I would say gang. Gang RP is also the type of RP I prefer.

La Conecta. Just a hispanic criminal organisation with the same culture, way of operating and style as a street gang, but more organised like a mafia. Turned out in just using the name Conecta along with 58th Street, though.

Gang is if you don't want to waste money
Mafia if you want to waste alot of money and have better roleplay.

Diablos are currently the only roleplaying gang on par with Wilsons that are better roleplayers than some mafia.
