Be part of  Edit: (ARPD - VCPD) and then you might get an invitation ( Not sure about VCID though )

Yes, you can play on VCMP.

If you behave like a good boy in VCMP, it might increase your chances of unban on SAMP

i will behave i was banned on samp by mistake they think i lied about somthing but i didnt i apply for cadet on ARPD FORUMS well how cna i be a fbi in VC
