Be part of  Edit: (ARPD - VCPD) and then you might get an invitation ( Not sure about VCID though )

ARPD ( Argonath RPG Police Department ) is official police department. If you are seriously interested in Cop-Work, try joining ARPD. It will make you learn to be a better cop.

Yes, you can play on VCMP.

If you behave like a good boy in VCMP, it might increase your chances of unban on SAMP :)

i will behave i was banned on samp by mistake they think i lied about somthing but i didnt i apply for cadet on ARPD FORUMS well how cna i be a fbi in VC
