Only played the first couple of missions, and so far it seems to be a pretty damn awesome game! And I can not f**king wait to play Zombie mode! Should be epic.

I think it was over-hyped so much that seriously high expectations were set right from the start. I guess, how much more can CoD do (other than setting up virtual gameplay and all  :razz:)?

As Modern Warfare 2 player i like this game, yet it's really an other gameplay. When i bought MW2 i could still aim and do everything i wanted to do as in CoD WaW, but now it's like i am starting all over again..

If you played WaW and were good at it this should be a breeze.
If you only play IW made COD games then do Combat Training for a while on VETERAN only as that will be the kind of people you come up againest.
Game is alright once you get used to it, just terrible matchmaking (to be patched), spawns are terrible (srsly), weapons not much to choose from tbh AK-47U probaly the best gun in the game until you get the G11 or Commando.
Maps well I hate them except Jungle & Firing Range only one's I do well in rest are just camper-friendly.

Overall if you liked and played through WaW buy it as it kinda feels the same.

Black Ops is a good game, but it needs some time to get 'adjusted' on if you came directly from Modern Warfare 2.
I'm currently starting to get the hang of it, but hell, if you're used to MW2, you won't be going to be as good on Black Ops. Both games do play different.

MW2 is completly different than Black Ops.. Can't compare them together.
Use the "Dolphin Dive" when being shot at to jump into cover.  It's a brilliant feature Treyarch added.

Don't rush into areas be cautious when moving around, use Camera Spike or Motion Sensor to your advantage when "patrolling" an area.
Use Spy Plane as a killstreak as not everyone is running Ghost most use Scavenger or Hardline.
Get to know maps by doing Combat Training it'll help you once you go online for real.

Don't fritter CP on useless crap like Warlord or Second Chance as both are pointless.

I'm finding it a more of a run and gun game which I enjoy, in Modern Warfare 2, the only feeling of run and gun was mostly in Free For All, otherwise MW2 was a matter of who gets the lucky break by getting a Prediator, Harrier then your Chopper.
