First of all, I don't play SAMP anymore. I left 3 months ago.

Then what are you doing here? Why do you come here if you're not playing? What are you fighting for, what's your purpose?
I'd understand popping in for a nice chat with your friends, but fighting over rules or scripts on a server/game you don't play? who's the dumb one?

Second, there have been plenty of good topics in the past, such as a drug system that is more expanded, and a more expanded weapon system, etc, that have been ignored.

Those are still improvements for criminals (which aren't the case here), nothing to do with ideas about cops-criminals relations.

If half of the server population says something is wrong, there must actually be something wrong, or has that not entered your mind?

You wont get a solution while you continue to ignore some reasonable suggestions about how to ensure people wont use their "rights and rules" to do what ever they want to others, and get away with it.

After exchanging some puta's and cabron's, they went on the offensive.

I did /me attempts to back away, running into the guy behind him
