I've noticed you make a lot of groups. Why don't you join a crew and learn more about how it functions.
Respect is earned, you aren't a Top OG instantly. You need to climb up, before you reach the top. When you get experience, create a crew.

People open new groups just so they can be on the top of member list, but leadership is something much more, takes a lot of responsibility.
Play around, meet a few gangs, see how it works.

its not about that ese its that i had a previos gang but the topic was deleted and well i made a other gang.....dont think im making gangs like a fool. This is a stable gang the TBG count on that ;)
