No one bothers to defend themselves anymore... if I see people who end up killing out of self-defense (and find out what they claim is true, that they killed in self defense) because they had no other choice (as they did not use /report for every single shit), then by all means I do not see why they should walk free... yes, I unsuspect them.

If they fought back, they might know the Laws of country, and murder crime should be either investigated in a roleplay way (admin leaves the case to police investigation) or handled as surrender or a criminal...

I have noticed in my year with Argonath that most of the problems are coming from the SA:MP community, Do Not tell me they don't because I have played MTA:VC MTA:SA VC:MP IV:MP and I yet to see anyone on those servers having trouble with respecting each other and the "No Force RP Rule" which no one on the other Argonath servers seem to have a problem with but yet I fully do not understand the "No Force RP Rule" and when it can be implemented at players attempts to start a RP situation.

Would some be so kind to explain this rule which is thrown around without any logical reason behind it.

It's a shame (not for the hackers...) that the hacks have come a long long way. Today, the only way to kill an hp hacker is to have an explosion equivalent to being stuck inside of a car while it explodes. They can walk on air like it's the ground, take to the skies with their awesome-mobiles that weren't meant for flying, and even teleport to wherever they please by setting a marker somewhere on the map. Now I've never played any games with hacks considered futile in terms of the "hackability" of the game, because I often join them when they're starting to get old. Much like how I joined SA:MP with the near-perfect HP hack - now that isn't underdeveloped.

Now in terms of forced rp, it's literally 99% impossible - the only possible way is if someone is threatening you with death IRL. But as I see it, forced RP in Argonath terms is taking advantage of something that it's not meant for (e.g., /su) to get people to RP the way you want them to, either by threatening them with it or actual usage, hence ruining their opportunity to have fun as they had intended. An example is suspecting someone for failing to comply when that someone refused to roleplay being successfully tied up, as he had actually roleplayed squirming like a mo-fa'ga. Then you threaten them with killing them - making them lose $1000, weapons (if any), time, and making them spawn in an inconvenient place - which in turn totally spoils their mood. This is basically an interrupted roleplay, since that someone didn't get to freely roleplay as he had pleased. That someone was actually enjoying the roleplay, and had planned to extend it into some sort of "escapee" roeplay. But when the cop basically went "NO GET TIED UP OR I END DIS ROLEPLAY BY KILL U", the fun was turned into some sort of BS.

In short, forced roleplay isn't literally forced. It's intentionally threatening to ruin the fun of the roleplay's fun or actually following through with the action of ruining the roleplay's fun just to make something go your way.

Why annoy admins? Run to police... Or away... Usually dmers do not have a habit to stalk anyone...

But no, you will not do it... Cos you will get into fight, will kill the person (100% crime), then will start annoy admins to unsuspect you because of some OMFG DMER... And if the dmer would kill you in that fight, you will immediately report or scream OMFG DMER!... Cos got owned by some noob-boob...

I would not even move a finger to react, trust me... But I will rather spectate the reporter... who was obviously fighting the player and then reporting him... Cos it can come out the situation of being owned in a fight and pissed off in reports...

Players should know one thing - once fought a dmer back - no admin action to that accident...

I remember when we used to play it in 0.2.2. Hobo skins were zombies and the rest were people.

Role plays cross constantly as every member has its unique style which collides with others.Being able to respect all sides, having your own and adapting to others 100% makes you an experienced player.That's a great virtue when Role playing.

I neglected to add that I handle the situation as a cop, not as admin (I have been investigating long before I became an admin, and no other admin commands are involved)... even separate from the admin rights I have enough resources to investigate and clear people who kill in self-defense, as high ranked cops and FBI can unsuspect as well. Admins will not act there, yes... but people can still go to cops and demand an investigation. If the investigation yields the result that someone is innocent, I see no reason not* to clear them.

We roleplayed many things...

We roleplayed the hobos who were provoking the citizens against Argotican and Pope Elrond (R* Kojak)... Pope that time called SWAT and we were invited to the church where we were standing and screaming slogans while public was laughing at us... Pope told us that he will find us everywhere, lol... Zis waz a very complicated situation...
The same time there was a journalist, who was taking pictures of the conversation involving Pope, two hobos and SWAT...
The weeks later the priest Anto (R* Anto) went to Courts with issue against both hobos and there was a Court Case... I do not remember who were judges, but that was the funniest Court ever... Apart from the named priest Dare_Devil (hobo Gandlf pointed it very loud so we were laughing) plus some more facts against Argotican...
So the Court case was equalizing us, nobody won, but shared the amount of compensations...

We were roleplaying the blackmail of Prime Minister, when Daniel_Corleone made some photos of me and Araatus, claiming that Prime Minister is corrupt and has connections to Triad (or it was something else, I already do not remember which accusations were and when, lol)...
The case was taken by the Police HQ, which prepared a special operation involving cops and SWAT together... That time the Chief of Police was Kaltsu (R* Kaltsu)...
Police told me to contact the Corleone boss and make an appointment in some quit place, like Bayside...
When I arrived to the place there were tons of cops and SWAT... Daniel called me and told that he is coming... We got a problem where to hide all cops, ahaha... So to hide them from radar, all cops ran into the nearest shop 24/7...  I can imagine the face of the owner of shop when there are tens of cops and special forces "excuse us sir, can we watch outside from here?"
Kaltsu himself was a barmen (LC bar) and was serving us on a high quality...
After that I was asked to move to the back door "to take some fresh air"... When I went out, there were all those cops and SWAT getting into bar... So Daniel was caught with photos...

I remember me, Gandalf and Legolas (R* Agent) were washing cars and Marina beach in bikini's and on rollers... After second car was washed the third one was with the maniac... We had to use our sprays to run from him...

That was Argonath...
And not this crap "remove rewards from cops", "OOC/IC", "if we will not have freecops we will roleplay nice", etc...

What are you talking about? At least 95% of the time the supposed 'abuse' has been the result of clear provocation of the new player. I've seen it happen myself - a guy displays an immensely shitty attitude towards a freecop, tells him to fuck off, gets suspected and starts crying 'ABUSE, FREECOP ABUSE, THIS SERVER SUCKS!!!'
