what about no force bullying but it seems i get the mod warnings.

And this topic is about "No force rp", not your bully talk once again.

You just make people comment on it, so don't go off-topic.

Can I manager+ please respond:

If someone goes up to someone and does /me cuts there neck with a knife.
And that person who was cut with a knife doesn't die.
The murderer can /report them for ruining rp?, that seems right.

I know someone who would tell a unknowing victim to get in the back of there ambulance, he would then deploy sleeping gas, that person would be knocked out.
The person would go to Red county and position his ambulance so that the end is almost off a bridge.
"/me uses stick and pushes man out of ambulance off the cliff".
Over 15 people decided that was ok, and accepted there fate. 1 person however started to moan "OMG, FORCE RP, OMGOMGOMG" then I the person left them to die after positioning the ambulance at the end of a bridge then leaving. So they either call a friend or die.

@Curse
It's the other way around. The murderer can't force the victim to die if all he did was a /me message. To kill (ofc with a proper RP reason, so it's not considered deathmatching) the killer should take a knife and kill the victim.
So the murderer can't really /report for "ruining rp", since 1. it's not actually ruining rp, and 2. the murderer might get warned himself for forcing rp.

Second situation - same. It IS actually "forcing rp omgomgomg". You can't force anyone to exit the vehicle just because you did a /me message.

Note that this is different from what people use to think - this is not walking away from a situation "because I don't wanna". This is more like "text message doesn't create an actual effect on me".

Does not exist here.

Grz, why when I do /me sensually massages his genitals are cops then allowed to suspect me for indecency in public.

they should be treated the same.

This rule about  "NO FORCED RP" doesn't even make sense much anymore, so that's why I asked.

Just like /me rapes lady, the lady doesn't get hurt by anything, but he still has committed a crime.

a tad indeed, but lets say you want to roleplay, but don't want to roleplay being murdered. If your signature is true[for all examples of 'not wanting to rp'] there are lots of players, including admins, who have broke rules.

Curse... Why do you feel the need to be in control? I will make some examples in a way which I hope will not be taken as a provoke.
1. You constantly make new groups and constantly make little things like 'use for coastguard' and such saying it will be great for roleplay, but most of the time your the only one (or one of few) who are participating. Not saying your groups are boring but you infer everyone loves them.
2. When in roleplay you basically try to force it. I know you remember the situation a few weeks ago because thats what started this very topic. you claimed I was a suspect for a bank robbery ONLY with the fact that I was wearing a chicken costume, you had no other evidence except i was at the 'vicinity' of the crime, which there were many others considering it was right beside GS9, in Idlewood.

I have been enough off topic.

On topic: No force RP?
Fucking man up and stop the e-drama. Do you fellas have that big ego? That you don't want to do something that others enjoy.

You turned it into SRPG - Selective Role Play Game.
Is it only, ME ME ME ME ME ME, I and MYSELF.

You need to think of others too, sometimes.
Why don't you RP that death, you spawn back again after all.

Not in my dictionary and not even the same what I meant.

Grz, why when I do /me sensually massages his genitals are cops then allowed to suspect me for indecency in public.
But in this case you're not forcing anyone to suspect you. If you don't want to get suspected for feeling cops' balls, don't do it. No action - no reaction.

While previous examples were two actions of yours, not letting someone take his turn in the game.

Why would someone cut a random persons neck with a knife ? Could the person be wearing an iron collar to protect themselves ? Could the person laugh at an attempt to kill with a rubber knife ?

Why is it always /me does something, / player responds different as wanted, /report RUINING MY RP ?

Instead of moaning the player could have held on to the stick, climbed out of the top roof and a number of other ways to escape. Once again creativity is much better as answer as moaning or reporting.

Do not roleplay a veteran on discord, be a veteran in game.

Oh, it's Jamal, hi.

And when was the last time I made a group? Can you name one which was created in the last few months, or 6?.
You've no clue what you're on about.
Of-course, If I think it's good for role-play, it'd be, you going to disallow me to post my opinion?
Perhaps I should be a CoastGuard rescuer whilst passport testing someone in the raindance as-well as role-playing a vampire (I stopped this a day or two after Halloween, but hey, I might as-well continue seeing as you think I make pointless tasteful and boring groups.), list the groups you speak of which are still in existent till today, I'd love the hear them.

You honestly need to know why someone would cut some random persons neck, even if the murderer is a scary mental clown?
People do not quickly say "/me is wearing iron collar", because it's easier to shout" OMFG, DM, FORCED RP!111odneon!1"

The person was sleeping, so Mr Medic you could call him took advantage of that situation, out of roughly 25 players, only a few moaned, they where all veterans mostly.

Mr Medic discovered a way of killing people without getting orange, then he gets told it's abuse of scripts because he avoids getting orange. So, let's say it's me in that ambulance, he wouldn't be allowed now to push that sleeping person out of the ambulance with a stick / pushing the stretcher.
Even if the person makes it very obvious with "/ad [NEWS] Another body found at a bridge in Red County Bridge", it's still not allowed?
That's how creativity is treated, because most cops would not tolerate a white named suspect.
The same with a suspect not wanting a light blue coloured cop to investigate him, although that cop is very experienced. The same with a dark blue cop not wanting a light blue name, he thinks it'd make him look unprofessional, not hard working.

Playing "mental" / "serial killer" was always the DMers' excuse ;)
