Today is Friday, October 22, and I still have an ear infection. Confirmed by the school nurse, who had to CALL and TELL my parents that I have an ACTUAL FUCKING PROBLEM with my ear and could potentially damage my eardrum.

Let's name an active somewhat long time administrator who actually shows a little bit of empathy... VINCE. When I report or pm him regarding an abusing cop, he doesn't give me that "/gu and ask for investigation" bs (Well he does say that, but ALSO takes action on the cop). He actually does something with the cop. And that's less pressure on Vince, because he won't have to worry about that cop abusing 10 more people, 6 of which will go ABUSE.

TL;DR - Listen to your fucking players, and maybe they'll have no reason to complain.

The administration is not here to babysit and obey every of your wishes.
Players often shift opinion and it would take years in pleasing all players wants.

I believe most of you(Now I'm starting to doubt) have some behavior nurtured deep inside of you. Learn to cope, be patient and most of all, show some manners.

Jingle I agree, but what's with the damn cops thing again? You're sitting in front of a PC and you are being pursued by some little kid who wants to RP a cop and you make a drama over it?How about you show him how to RP, because you are here quite enough to do so.

Yo guys, I was hopin' you'd know me by now.
1. Administrators are NOTHING like my parents (That's a good thing (also excluding the fact that my parents DO provide me with good physical care and shit, but often treat me like shit emotionally))
2. I understand the stress and business of an admin. I've been an admin in MUCH more crowded multi-player games, and it really is a pain in the ass.
3. I also understand that admins often have to choose one player's problem over another's, as they are being flooded with a buncha shit and they can only handle one thing at a time. They're only human.
4. I understand that admins (with the exception of two) do not go in lala land AT ALL, and do not just push someone off like "haha fuck you".
5. I meant everything I said about Vince.
6. Like I said in number 2, I understand the stress and shit of being an admin. You have to prioritize one problem over another when you're getting bombarded with all sorts of crap. For example, you're a lone admin of 100 people. One guy reports someone for carjacking and another guy reports someone for speed hacks. You can think "meh, he already carjacked, no proof of him doing it for me" and you can tend to the speed hacker fucking with everyone's cars (SMACKING THEM 500 FEET IN THE AIR) and carkilling people at 9001km/h. Or someone pming you a question like "Where do I grow weed?" when they can simply /ask while you have a report regarding a group of DMers going 'round town shooting everything they see (LITERALLY, every occupied car, person, or whatever they see). The group of DMers are obviously causing some problems, considering 10 players are complaining about it as opposed to one player who could use /ask for his problem.

My post was intended as a joke towards those who cry when they have a simple set of solutions. I guess it's my mistake for not making that obvious

The administration team is nothing like the described example, but maybe you were talking about before. The owners wiped out half of the team to make it better, and it works.

People should not fucking moan when admin will not answer on every single one of your 999 reports as we have other players to look after as well. We're not logged on just to lol around in the /a-chat.

In case people are wondering, i have always been zero tolerant of moaners. Let the purge begin!

The part about the ear infection was true, though. I just came back from the doctor. They're lucky as fuck it was minor... and I know they can be retarded a lot of the time when I present them with physical problems (e.g., I'm coughing up large amounts of phlegm)

People should not f**king moan when admin will not answer on every single one of your 999 reports as we have other players to look after as well. We're not logged on just to lol around in the /a-chat.

Exactly. Admins have to prioritize one issue over another a lot of the time (speaking from experience ), and the players go like ZOMG LAZY.
And of course, when problems aren't going around in the server, loling in the /a-chat is always fine too :P.

Generally, Around 90% of the total time on admin chats is for working/teamwork etc etc. 10% may be an lol here and there.

I can understand if an players feels left alone, when he reports and nothing happens for 1-2 minutes, but really, we cannot just drop an case we are working on that is not finished just because another player reported. I work as an line system, If someone reports for carjacking, and another for hitting me, I will generally take care to see what the carjacker is doing, since he was first. There are exceptions of course (hacking, mass dm, intense flaming/flooding mainchat and some other reasons)

One thing for sure, we are working. Even if you guys don't see it, we are working. Also, if an new player rams someone, do you really expect that we give the new player an official warn right away? No, it's done in private.

I can give you guys who reads the forum an good hint: Never demand action after an report. Trust me, the one who are in trouble then are not the reported player, instead it's the reporter. Let us do our work and things will be fine, if you demand and talk shit in /pm or /p etc etc you are just delaying the work we are doing.
