Ok all, I've known this has been coming for a while, which is why I have not wanted to say it

Dear Dear Members of Argonath World Records,

Starting on January 19th, I will no longer be a Director of Argonath World Records. It is by no fault of yours, it is a fault of mine if anybody's. The AWR contract states that at least half of wages must be paid to players under 6 months in Argonath. I have watched our team over this month, and I cannot make anyone redundant. You have impressed me as a team, which is why my decision was made, the only logical solution was made.
I knew from the beginning of the contract that 2 Directors and 2 Co-Directors would never work, because of the relatively small size of the business. However, because I could not face making any player leave, I chose instead to leave. I hope this goes part of the way to correcting the contract, and I face any punishment that BSF send to me personally, with the knowledge that I did what I believed was best.

I shall provide the report to BSF on January 19th, and I will update you all about what Roman decides to do about funding on here.
To end on a more positive note, I have chosen one new apprentice for AWR, whom I hope shall help the business flourish.
