- If the time limit for the payment exceeds the agreed value or the maximum value, you will be taken to court and we will demand a full payback, plus, we will demand an extra 20% of the loan. Therefor, 120% of the loan with go to us if you break the agreement.

I hereby sue Dark and Joao for not paying up the loan.

Apologies, I don't know how alien llama calculations work, but shouldn't it be:

- Joao (loaned 45k): Should pay back the full 45k (+ 20% of that value as a fine: 20% of 45k = 9k) - bringing to a total of 54k to be returned?

- Dark (loaned 100k): Should pay back the full 100k (+ 20% of that valuse as a fine: 20% of 100k = 20k) - bringing to a total of 120k to be returned?

That's what I made out from the explanations. Just thought I would drop it here - to avoid errors.

FULL payback = The money the owes me = 51.750$ = 45k + interest rate

plus, we will demand an extra 20% of the loan.

Loan ( money given to him ) = 45.000$ , 20% of 45k = 9.000$

• Embezzlement
