What do you think of a weapon that disrupt voluntary control of muscles?

Do you know what weapon is that? It's a tazer. A non-lethal weapon that fires two small darts which can penetrate clothing and are connected to the main unit by wires. If you're shot at with one of those, you'll think you're having a convulsion and will pee yourself.
Anyway, my idea is that we add a script like that. It would work just like the EMP, but on people. You'd just have to be near that person and do /c t(azer) <nick> and stay near them for 3 seconds. That person would stay frozen for 20 seconds. Cops would get it when they spawn (and restock) and civillians could get them from the ammu.
I did some research and found out that a cop's tazer has a range of 10 meters, and a civillian's only 5 meters. But this idea is totally discussuble, so, please, no fighting :P

IMO its pretty easy to maintain 10m on foot with a suspect who is having a stubby fight with you.

That makes tazer much more effective than shotguns, we cant have that.

Just because he had an idea of having a tazer doesnt mean hes hiding anything. Your basically implying that its a dm server. Who said you HAVE to use the tazer while your in a gunfight? If you see in real life, police use tazers to uncooperative suspects.
I think its a good idea, and maybe if you were to roleplay after a suspection and then you would actually see a good reason to implement it.
