'Full Membership'

Hi guys, here's an idea that we really f*cking need. When admins are off, it's like fuckload of noobs and DMers haul to VC:MP Argo. Calling an admin isnt a solution most of times.
So here is my idea, a 'Full Membership' :
We all know applying as an admin is a joke, will take at least years to become a one...so here is how I would like it to be solved:
After 1 week or 2 weeks of playing (not sure) you can apply as an 'Full Member'. All people with Full Membership and admins will vote if you should get a full membership or not, and if you do...

Here is where the fun comes. Full member is like seriously lite version of admin, he can kick and warn players that aren't full members. So let's say when 3 full members that played for long time are on and 10 DM cops come who just started playing are DMing, the full member can kick them (but warn them first of course) because they aren't full members.

So there we go. It's not a bad idea IMO; no kicking for the 'lolz' (cause there is the voting part + u cant kick full members) and yet there's no total noob chaos when admins are off. And they are off, most of times.

I understand, that these days more mutes come than regurals who ask things, so you can't show your skills...
Still, you can get it, just lower the fuck words.. in the server too (I mean I understand I'm edgy too sometimes lolz..)

The applying-as-admin-is-a-joke opinion is something I got from other's opinions, they told me it will take years to get an apply noticed at all.
I won't apply as an admin, I would like, but I know most of ppl think I will pull some strange s***, that I'm still a newbie and such. I personally know I can be clever when using admin 'resources' directly in game and I won't kick all the players for 'lolz' but other ppl don't seem to realise that (I think).

And 2Den, by calling an admin isnt a solution most of times I mean that very often they are no admins at all. When I roleplay with some of my mates like JB or Aldo, 30 noobs come to DM and spam EVEN AFTER WARNINGS. What am I suspossed to do then? Nothing, I can't do anything. But full membership would come in handy here, because I won't apply as an admin just to be able to kick those noobs (because we all know my apply is gonna be rejected in 0 seconds)

bad idea, what if someone plays for sometime, and hes secretly a jackass, he can just kick nonfullmembers...

Becoming admin took me 2-3 months after I started, was admin for 1.5 years, quit the job, now it's harder to get back in because of the changed attitude of mine

Still, you can get it, just lower the f**k words.. in the server too (I mean I understand I'm edgy too sometimes lolz..)

(I'm even more edgy now, and probably have always been), but am just wondering who the fuck told you it takes year or two to become an admin?

1st I disagree.
2nd You apply for moderator not admin! ( Moderators can KICK AND WARN )
3rd It doesn't take years to get admin position... ( it did for me, but i iz special  :redface: )
4th Rly useless because of the Moderator position, which essencially can do all you said a "full member" would do.

Voting lasts for ex. 1 minute. Everyone except the rule breaker would have the right to vote. To kick/mute some1, more than half of all players online are needed. For example, if there are 10 ppl on the server, you need 6 votes to make this happen.

Yeah, a vote kick would be better but I'm not sure if it would possible to make it.

So this would work only on guys that were reported before voting. Seems fair to me, in many multiplayers votings are included and there's no problems with it.

No admins online.

A full member is basically a mini-moderator, lol

I agree on the votekick but it has multiple cons, such as people or even whole groups abusing it in certain players because they killed one of then or ''omg he ram my car so all vote to kik pls.''

We All Know Now Of Days We Don't Get Alone Too Kindly As We Used To,so this idea of "Vote Kick" would be annoying.For an Example (Just a Example) A member From EAF had a wanted level of 50 and he or she was just owning Police Officers.They would all get annoyed and want to kick this fellow.And that would of provoked him a lot,It get carried way too far with both parties and we loose some regulars.
