Lolz, probably 3-4 times. I'm always annoyed when there isn't anything for me to do and only cops can re-enter, so that's why I did re-enter. Sorry, couldn't resist.

And I'm not mostly whining about what cops do, just about what they can do and about the fact that everything is easier for them.

Then instead of adding scripts for everything, try to increase the roleplay in the server. Spiral failed all robberies because he either was dumb to rob a cop and had a extremly bad luck in the other situations or was not competent enough.

Bullshit, mate. I was on all Spiral's robs, and he acted just like he should. What was he suspossed to do to get just 1k from one rob, report everyone to admins lol? on SAMP, you get banned for not treating a death threat the right way. I hate SAMP for many things, but this is actually one thing I enjoy there. I know it's bad to get ripped off, but when we are robbing we don't ask for all the money you have...we always demand something small, like 1 or 2k....Not sure who was it, but some VCID once proved that he can RP, and when me and Spiral stopped a car near unarmed VCID group and aimed M4s and M60s at them, they actually gave us 5k. Others, won't give you even 100 when having a dead threat, cause 'its not fair zomg'

As a rather powerfull gang on Argo (at least in general meaning) me and Morph (actually Morph left later) wanted to get our old money from Strong. When I was in RmN, Strong always took all my smuggle cuts, sometimes even demanded money for weps, and such. I counted, that the sum of money he owes me would me 30k minimum.  That's right. It's like 15 smuggles I been ripped off, about 10k I gave him for weps (cause he forced me to pay anyway).

So, when IT growed larger and Strong was unbanned, as one man squad, still residing at the Prawn 'HQ', I decided to get that money from him. I alerted him - either my 30k, or he's dead.
He didn't accept to pay, instead just flamed me, so I started killing him. I killed him about 5-6 times, after that he reported me for DMing and spawn killing. Alarba teleported to us to see my behaviour, and said I should RP instead of DM this rob... so I did RP. I used shitload of me commands, did the aim anim and started shouting at Strong, that he owes me money. I was standing next to him, aiming a fully loaded Stubby at his head, using the /aim. I was shouting everytime. Now, what did Strong do after reporting me for lack of RP? No fucking answer, all he did when I tried to RP, was to get a stubby and kill me when I wasn't even moving. No warning, that noob just shoot me. And no, I still didn't get that money.

False, at least for Argonath SA:MP server. I don't care loosing money, as long as it's roleplayed. I didn't gave Spiral some bucks when he tried to rob me because i was a cop ON DUTY, WEARING COP CLOTHES and i had a partner who was holding a SHOTGUN. I mean, why i should i give my cash if i'm more well than protected? I'd just scare him off telling my partner to shot a warning. If i was a unarmed citizen and he approached me i'd be more than happy to roleplay getting robbed/kidnapped.

Good to see VCID guys are roleplaying, also. And about your last phrase, that's the player's greedy attitude, unfortunately. Nobody will change this, not even scripts.

That's Strong's problem, however that description just shows he didn't acted as expected, but you can't force roleplay in Argonath, remember that. The best you can do is induce him to pay you (by aiming, threatning him, etc) and expect a positive answer in a roleplay manner. (Okay, sorry, please take this cash!!)
