does exist any gangs/mafia/clans in Argonath MP:VC?

im gone download Vice City and try argonath i dont know how to play MP:VC can someone explain when you enter on argonath what you do ? you can chose skins? can you buy cars? houseS? bussines? you need 7 days to get passport ?

wel,l there are gangs in vc, just look REALY good in the family's section, its hard to find cause its mixed up with SAMP's.. 
but if ill see you online, ill help.

There are plenty of gangs, no passport, you can buy houses and cars after killing Klaus once with his sick wanted level (if you can kill him of course) and probably prepare to play against hackers and a little flamers like me, only tho' when I'm mad
