The admins are the players responsible for the prevention of script abuse, not the FBI.

As much as I hate giving bits and pieces of info from the FBI forums, let alone a restricted High-Ranked board, this should be enough to clear the abuse question for everyone.

As the FBI have access to the hydra, it means that they also have the responsibility to ensure that it does not get abused. Admins are not the only people on the server who possess responsibilities.

For a comparison criminals can relate with... it is like the rights to command the members of a criminal group. Sensible leaders don't hand out their group's authoritative positions to just anyone, let alone people who they know will use it to order the group's junior members to go on a DM spree.

Lastly, I stated that Flak's intentions were malevolent as he himself admitting to intent to use the hydra, in order to shoot at the owner and help his criminal friends... no one else knew what he could have done afterwards had Edward not removed it.

Since the hydra is entirely a DM tool, I fail to see how anyone could use it for anything except DM purposes.

When a suspect passes by a cop and goes out of his way to kill the cop "because he was close enough to be a threat", it's self-defense.
When a hydra blasts down a legitimate target, it's DM and abuse.

I'm not sure about the SAPD, but FBI doesn't use the hydra on every damned orange dot. Your confession is one of the prime reasons why it's even restricted in the first place.

The Hydra is a public vehicle (spawnable) so that means it's not lock-able (Unless with admin command, but that would be abuse)
Private Vehicle owners have the ability to ensure the safety of their vehicle via 2 ways; Either /carlock = Locks driver spot, or /carlock 2 (or /carlock2)
Car lock 2 does lock the vehicle entirely so nobody can get in even from passenger seats

JDC, bro, you have yet to realize you can't abuse a command like that, it's script abuse = ban. You can't just go "Well, I f**ked up, now to abuse a command to make it better'. It's Edwards fault he left it unattended and he had to suffer the consequences. but, he abused a command and now he seems to be in more shit.

I hope the FBI will severely punish the agent for letting a Hydra unattended, thus needing to activate the cloaking device to protect from civil use. Loss of his spawn rights would be appropriate.

Not letting the Hydra be abused means a pilot should be present in it and active at all time. Dumping it because you fail is script abuse.
