I've seen something named weather forecasting, and it changes weather automatically and gives info about it.. Like:
[Weather Forecast] the weather is beautiful today! Might rain in a while.
Like that, and we can have random weather from time to time.

Cool, then we can add rains and stuff.
And maybe we can /c vote weather and such, and voting needs atleast 80% from the players votes ingame.
Ps: there is a tool that updates weather from the internet into the game.. Wonder if anything like that exists in vcmp or it can be scripted?
