Pardon me, that i'm a bit late posting on the topic. It was a bit problem with my PC.

@James: Yes, i know we're not that much, experienced to be leaders of the family, we're still in need of improvement. I agree with you, as you've written about the applicants. One of them, were a friend of mine and i knew him very well. We actually need a person above us, to guide us. In my eyes, james you are right. As watson said, that our own fights and grudges are coming into the family. My answer to that is NO. James & myself have that much common sense, that we won't bring those things between the family reputation. I'll have a word with Roman, about this so don't worry.

@Watson: Try to answer politely and have a control on your words and No one says that he wants to be the leader, they are just pointing out our negative points, which is correct.

@Mash, Teddy, Tevin: In my eyes, you were the great leaders of the Collin Family. I know the actual reason, why you guys left. So i think no one needs to moan, that mash teddy and tevin didn't did any thing.

@Aca & Tsuba: Please, refrain from posting these kind of things. 

@Craft: I know they were greater than us. Try to be a little bit polite, and let's handle this in proper way

I advise the entire Collin family, including all recent leavers, to organise a family-wide meeting and throw this problem on the table.
There are apperantly many strubblings between members and leadership that have to be solved as soon as possible.

Therefor, I suggest to the leadership to organise a meeting, also inviting the recent leavers to discuss their issues and find a general that profits all sides.

A reminder for all of you guys, when you join a family, you become part of it. You don't leave your own family in a mess that started and made you leave, try to work to a general solution instead.
Edison and Watson are both recently promoted, but we have to look neutral and admit that you guys didn't make it easy on them either.

Organise an MSN-meeting, CB Meeting, what fits best for you and make sure everyone can have their input on this issue and achieve a solution that benefits everyone and forms Collin back to the unity it was before.

When Tevin, Craft, Teddy and Mash had the chance to prove themself to be a great leader. Why did they remove the Family tag and left the family? This is totally disappointing that Roman trusted you and you left him behind and made a new Family? If you have an answer for this, then you may moan. You already had a chance to be a leader and now when we have the opportunity to prove that we are able to handle this Family like before. You started moaning about the ranks!
