Well, It seems my past efforts have been ignored, and I seem to have been outcasted from the group I was once devoted too.

I am standing down from my position as Director, it seems the work I have done is no longer respected by those leading the group, and since previous incidents seem to have lead to confusion and various versions of the matter have been used against me.

Like I have said to Jordan, I will not sit around and watch my work be used against me. I now offer my position with the approval of Jordan to Janek. Who will carry on my duties.

It has been confirmed that I will continue my work as a controller, under the supervision of Jordan only.

I owe a thanks to Jordan, who trusted me to continue his work for the period I was serving as Director, and I wish the current trial ATC's the best of luck. You all seem like great candidates and I am sure you will all succeed.

Dan, me and Doggi have worked together a lot, compromising on points to negotiate with each other. The last time I remember being on a par with you (when we were both co-directors) you refused to hear any compromise, as if it was the "Dan Love Show", with us as sideline acts. I for one had heard enough.I'm sure Doggi will agree when I say you were almost impossible to work with, as your serious lack of communication left things hanging.
I am sad to hear you go, but I suspected there would be problems with you coming back from the moment we had to be promoted to cover you not being able to fulfil your duties. Good luck in whatever else you do within the community, and with SoundDeck.

I will post an explanation of the new ranking system when I have the time 

Dear ATC Employees and citizens of Argonath,

You may have noticed that a new rank was made not so long ago for our two longest serving Directors (a lot longer!). There was various reasons for this decision, one of which being that those Directors had so much experience and are solid blocks in the ATC Service.
I have not yet made information on the ranks public, so I will do this now. I will find a way to condense it into the topic, so you can see a description by the rank, but until then you can read it here.

ATC Leader: The most recent rank. They can make decisions on their own without consulting the Directors (apart from changing the rules of each rank). This rank can only be given to a maximum of two people at any one time, to prevent...hmm...overcrowding. This does not mean they have ultimate control, as the ATC do not wish to run on a complete dictatorship.
These people do not run the day-to-day work of the ATC Service, but will step in if things get seriously out of hand.

ATC Director: The second highest rank in the ATC Service. If every Director agrees on a course of action, they can dismiss the decision of one ATC Leader. However, if both ATC Leaders decide on something, it cannot be changed.
These people run the day-to-day workings of the ATC Service, monitoring Air Traffic Controllers, collecting funding and doing other jobs.

ATC Co-Director: These people support the Director's in their work, and participate in the same activities of that the Directors do. They do have authority, as will be explained lower down in this post.

Air Traffic Controllers: The core the the ATC Service. Without these loyal ATC's, we could not run in the way we do. ATC's are free to express opinions and ideas to the Co-Directors+, who can then discuss the idea suggested.

Decisions

An ATC Leader may make a decision without consulting the Directors, but the decision may be dismissed if:
- 3 Directors challenge the decision
- 2 Directors and 1 Co-Director challenge the decision
- 1 Director, 1 Co-Director and 50% of the ATC's challenge the decision

A Director may suggest an idea to the other (Co-)Directors, and can make a decision when:
- Over 50% of the Directors agree with the decision
- 1 Director, 1 Co-Director and 33% of the ATC's agree with the decision
- This does not count for ideas which contradict the points made above

Any decision made, apart from to these rules, could be dismissed if:
- 1 Director, 1 Co-Director and 50% of the ATC's challenge the decision
- Every Co-Director (2+) and 33% of the ATC's challenge the decision

A Co-Director can do as above, suggesting ideas to the other (Co-)Directors. They can make a decision when:
- Over 50% of the Directors agree with the decision
- 1 Director, 1 Co-Director (themselves) and 33% ATC's agree with the decision
- This does not count for ideas which contradict the points made above

This rank information cannot be changed in the system listed above. The way these decisions can be removed is if:
- 1 ATC Leader, 1 Director, every Co-Director and 100% of the ATC's object to them

I hope this clears up any confusion there may have been, and that all employees of the ATC Service are now aware of what they can and cannot do. I believe this now gives more power to ranks lower than whoever makes decisions, so no person can go 'power-crazy'.

Why do you want to join (100 Words min)?: I would like to join, because I have would like to help be a part of protecting the air ways from emergency's. I have the real life experience from being a pilot in real life as well as being familiar with both Air Traffic Control radio traffic and local fire department radio traffic. I believe I would be a great asset due to my activity in game and my real life experiences.
What does it mean to be an Air Traffic Controller (Your opinion)?: In my opinion it means to be an air traffic controller is protecting the skies over San Andreas from any possible threat and/or air emergency.

Your ban was an opportunity, but by pure coincidence. If I remember correctly, I did not cause your ban. With bans come repercussions, and you cannot expect to keep 'power' after things like that.
If you are suggesting that me and Doggi just wanted lots of power, then you have hit a major obstacle in your argument. This is the question I am posing:
- "If me and Doggi wanted ultimate power, then why did we make a new rank higher than our own, and give it to Jordan and Charlie?"

I bet you cannot answer it in a way which supports your argument.

This argument was started by you Dan, not me. All me and Doggi did was do what was necessary at the time, and you decided to take it badly. You aren't the first to share power, nor will you be the last.

Please note: The points above are factual, and I do not mean to be provocative or argumentative in the things I say. I have given the evidence proving me and Doggi are not just after power, and Dan may now believe what he wishes.
