I'm sure leader was created for the purpose of creating a role for the founders, unrelated to whether they have activity in the community or not.

When I initially devised the ATC Leader rank a couple of years ago, yes, that was the intention (an honorary role for the founding 2 members).

...However, it is also Jordan's right to promote people, whether or not that was my original intention for the role. Who he chooses for that position is up to him. He may also make changes to the ATC regulations (which previously stated a limitation of 2 ATC Leaders, but was updated by him).

For practicality in RS5, I am working on getting a joint role for the ATC /group, due to the limited activity of the ATC Leaders and the need to update group permissions.

The title of ATC Leader differs next to nothing from that of ATC Director, both have the highest function available.
After all, it's just a title and will in no way inflict with any form of In Game related topics.

Why do you want to join (100 Words min)?:  I want to help in monitoring air traffic and making sure pilots fly safe. There are times when there are no Air Traffic Controllers on and flying is very risky. This is something I strive to reduce by joining you. I believe I am capable of handling this responsibility because I am patient, tolerant, and I like to complete my work precisely. I also love planes. I am skilled at flying them and know a lot about them. I think that combining all of these traits along with my communication skills, I will be able to handle the job pretty well.

What does it mean to be an Air Traffic Controller (Your opinion)?: Being an Air Traffic Controller is a huge responsibility. It requires precision and good logical knowledge. As an Air Traffic Controller, you have to remember that these are lives you are controlling. Even one small mistake might lead to a massive catastrophe.

Also I'd like to get some people in the air again and leading them around the airspace. The rp's which come along with the ATC are nice aswell and might cause the FD and EMS to work together again as they used to in RS4, (traffic accidents). I won't get inactive again without announcing it and I hope that You'll give me a second chance.

I would like to re-join the ATC after removal for inactivity because I think I am capable of fulfilling the responsibilities set out for an ATC, being able to assist and serve citizens and law enforcement and emergency services with their flights, take off, landing, & general requests.
I also want the ATC pilot radio reading ability to assist in the Coast Guards mission (found @ cg.argorpg.com), as I had before missing the inactivity check, especially to do with "Carrier Control".
I would like to also revive the role-play of ATC, especially in SF, in a legal and appropriate capacity, as unfortunately I have seen little of it myself.

Enforcers of the ATC regulations on flight and supporters of all governmental agencies, pilots and, administration in official events and day to day role play activities surrounding flight.

Which of these can ATC's use legally?:

The ATC has general controller abilities over AA,LVAP,LSAP, SFAP but they can of-course ask the assistance of other agencies if there is general flight issues regardless of the actual areas, it is expected that for civilians the ATC would have power in most if not all landing areas unless there is a designated controller there.
