As for all others we will not reconsider the winners...
Otherwise it would not be a lottery...
There were many guys who deserves a gift, but our wallets are also not elastic...

Probably in future we will do something like this lotteries, and i do not suggest you guys to take negatively wins of others... Who knows, probably in future you will be on their places and someone will point out that you do not deserve a gift...

If you all want such things be more traditional - participate in this events and accept others happiness...

From this example, I can see you've never been to our server. People who got the copy, play. People who devote themselves to the project, got the high positions.
Besides, its not the position that matters, its the devotion and the skill to communicate with others and you can have those as a regular player as well.
